Campus Earth Learning Co-op

Learning by Living. Making New Grooves.

Campus Earth Learning brings knowledge to life through connection, curiosity and guided discovery that nurtures confident, engaged students.

Our Community

Our Vision

We are a collective of families, facilitators, and community members dedicated to creating a dynamic homeschool learning environment where children and parents learn and grow together. Rooted in a deep connection to nature and guided by curiosity, empathy, and play, our goal is to foster a nurturing environment that inspires imagination, wonder, and a lifelong love of learning.

Through interest-driven exploration and experiential learning, we aim to cultivate essential life skills and self-awareness—empowering learners to explore their unique ways of learning, grow with confidence, creativity, and a deep, lasting sense of purpose.

Yearly Themes

Our year is organized around the four elements Fire, Earth, Water, and Air. Each element serves as a lens for exploration across academic subjects, art, movement, and life skills.

Alongside the elements, we weave in focused themes such as Holistic Health, Nature, Art and Animals, inviting learners to explore care for themselves, others, and the living world.

Our Weekly Rhythm

Tuesdays
We meet outside at a park in Carpinteria. Tuesdays include games, creative projects, experiments, free play, and group circle discussions that explore the lesson of the day, all connected to the current theme of our learning segment.

Wednesdays
Wednesdays are typically dedicated to life-skills adventures, journaling, reflective circles, and extended free play. These days often take place off-site through community-based learning experiences.

Our Children

At Campus Earth Learning, we believe learning thrives in relationship. We serve elementary-aged learners (ages 5–10) in mixed-age groups that encourage collaboration, empathy, and shared discovery.

Our community grows organically, guided by the children and families who show up. We meet each moment with flexibility and intention, shaping our days so every child can participate meaningfully and feel a sense of belonging.
